Each chalet is staffed with a private chef, who is at your disposal to provide as little or as much as you desire – breakfast, afternoon tea, children’s supper, canapés and of course dinner. Many of our chefs have worked in top hotels and restaurants around the world – whether from professional backgrounds or talented self-taught chefs, they have been selected to work for us for their drive and commitment, creativity and love of cuisine. We are confident all of our chefs will meet your culinary expectations and have the flexibility and capability to create, present and serve any mouthwatering dish you may desire.

The manager’s primary duty is to ensure your stay with us is as relaxing as possible, and to supervise the efficient and smooth running of the property. Chosen for a discreet, professional and caring attitude, the manager will assist with serving food and wine, supporting and overseeing the chalet host to ensure the property is spotless, and is also responsible for the weekly accounting and presentation of your end of week invoice. From the moment you arrive, your chalet manager will act as your advisor and organiser. Together with our office based concierge team, your manager can make reservations on your behalf and suggest and recommend activities or restaurants, ensuring that you are well cared for and that all your needs are met.
Chalet Host and Chauffeur team
Our hosts and chauffeurs work alongside the manager to ensure all apsects of service and cleanliness in your chosen property runs smoothly during your stay. Responsible for house keeping bedrooms and bathrooms, they will also help to clear away breakfast (and lunch as and when required for our a la carte guests) and serve afternoon tea.
Our hosts cover breakfast, afternoon tea and chalet cleaning on the chef and manager’s day off. They are hard-working and have extremely high standards with an eye for detail, so will leave the property spotless for your return later in the day.
Our in-resort service is available from 8am to 10pm (and to midnight on chef night off). Each day a car will be available between 8am and 10am and 4pm to 7pm and any transport requests OUTSIDE these times can be booked each morning with the chalet manager.
Please note, the chalets are cleaned daily, but the chef has one evening off a week when you can enjoy the ambiance of a local restaurant in the evening.
