Our personnel are hand-picked for their experience and professional, discreet approach.  We employ mature, conscientious couples to run our chalets and villas and encourage them to care for you and the property as if they were running their own boutique hotel.  We fully understand the importance of the role all of our staff play in the overall experience of your holiday and to maintain your privacy, and ensure your chosen residence is YOUR home for the week, all staff live-out in nearby private apartments.

Chef

Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible, creative...

Each chalet and villa is staffed with a private chef, who is at your disposal to provide as little or as much as you desire - breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, children’s supper, canapés and of course dinner.  Many of our chefs have gained experience in top hotels and restaurants around the world - whether from professional backgrounds or talented self-taught chefs, they have been selcted to work for us for their drive and commitment, creativity and love of cuisine.  We are confident all of our chefs will meet your culinary expectations and have the flexibility and capability to create, present and serve any mouthwatering dish you may desire.

 

Chalet or Villa Manager

Conscientious, caring, proficient, adaptable, attention to detail...
The manager's primary duty is to ensure your stay with us is as relaxing as possible, and to supervise the efficient and smooth running of the property.  Chosen for a discreet, professional and caring attitude, the manager will  assist with serving food and wine, supporting and overseeing the housekeeper to ensure the property is spotless, and is also responsible for the weekly accounting and presentation of your end of week invoice.  From the moment you arrive, your chalet or villa manager will act as your host, advisor and organiser.  Together with our office based concierge team, your host can make reservations on your behalf and suggest and recommend activities or restaurants, ensuring that you are well cared for and that all your needs are met.

 

Housekeeper

Our housekeepers (or ‘house angels’ as we call them) come in each morning to clean and tidy.  On the chef and manager’s day off, they will also clear away breakfast (and lunch as and when required).  They are hard-working and have extremely high standards with an eye for detail, so will leave the property spotless for your return later in the day.

 

Please note, the chalets and villas are cleaned daily, but the chef and manager have one day off a week when you can enjoy the ambiance of a local restaurant in the evening.

 

We also employ chauffeurs, maintenance men, nannies, masseurs and beauty therapists and have a large support team of fitness instructors, hairdressers, ski instructors and high mountain mountain guides.  Behind the scenes we have an extensive Customer Services team, all with the single aim of ensuring your holiday is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
