Little Ones

We fully understand just how important it is that your children are happy during their holiday and how you can only relax if you are confident that your little ones are in safe hands, well cared for, amused and are having a fun and happy time.  We do all we can to ensure this is the case, from the caring attitude of our staff, the flexibilty of the chef, the child friendly ski-schools and instructors we use to the equipment and toys we provide.  Nothing is too much trouble because we know if they're having fun, then chances are, so are you!

Peace Of Mind

Before your arrival, our Customer Services manager will discuss your children’s food and drinks requirements with you.  Our chefs can create meals that will go down well with your little ones palates', offering tasty, healthy and popular children’s dishes.  Your chef can prepare lunch for you or the nanny to reheat and supper can be served earlier so the children can keep to their usual home routine.

To save valuable suitcase space, we can purchase (and charge at cost) jarred infant food or ingredients for freshly made purées, nappies and baby wipes if required.  We can also provide complimentary items including cots and bedding, stair gates, baby monitors, sterilising equipment, play pens, car seats and highchairs and have puschairs available for weekly rental.  Please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services manager with your requirements for the week.  From being able to choose exactly what and when your child eats, to having extras like nappies, toys and baby equipment supplied means we are all working towards a common goal: your children will have the best holiday ever.

Private Nannies *

Over the years we have seen the demand for child care rise as our guests enjoy the flexibility that our private nannies can offer and appreciate how well this works with children on holiday.  Our nannies are hand-picked for their enthusiasm, conscientiousness and above all their love of children.  As parents, we understand the need to feel 100% confident that your children are in safe hands and with nannies who will make each child feel special.  Your holiday will be so much better if you know your little ones are really enjoying themselves.

In line with our philosophy, you have the ‘Freedom to Choose’ how our nannies best work for you.  They are available for work in the chalet, for dropping off and picking up from ski school, for outside play, sledging, snowman building etc., or for creative play, art work, story telling, games etc.  At the end of each day she will supply you with an activity form detailing what your children have been doing and noting any issues she feels are of importance.

Our nannies can be booked for individual half days or full days, or on a weekly half day or full day basis.  They are also available for evening babysitting at €20 per hour up to midnight and €30 per hour thereafter..

* Alp Leisure Private Nannies are fully qualified, CRB checked and have had extensive child care experience.

** Our nanny/child ratio is for your children’s safety and enjoyment. Please take this into account when booking.  For children aged 6 months to 4 years we have a ratio of 1 nanny for 2 children.  For children aged 5 years and over we have a ratio of 1 nanny for 4 children.

Please note that our nanny service operates on a first come-first served basis.  If unavailable we will endeavour to find alternative child care but we cannot always guarantee this, particularly during peak holiday weeks.  We take a deposit of €200 to secure a booking and require 8 weeks notice of cancellation or the full price of the booking will be payable.
