Contact us by either calling (0033) (0)4 79 00 59 42 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Alternatively go to the 'Availability & Pricing' page and click on your chosen week. We will send you details of availability, pricing and further information on the property.
Once you decide to book, a member of our bi-lingual sales team will call to discuss any questions you may still have. We will then send you booking terms and conditions and a booking form which you must fill in, sign and return along with details of how you wish to pay your deposit of 30% (we ask that this is done within 24 hours of receiving the booking form).
We will confirm your reservation once we have received your signed booking form and deposit. The final balance is then due 8 weeks before your holiday.
Payment for your holiday can be made in any of the following ways;
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The amount debited will be in Euros.
- Euro cheque or bank transfer to our French account.
- Sterling transfer to our UK account. All Sterling payments will be converted to the equivalent amount of Euros using the XE inter-bank FX rate on the day the payment is due.
Our Customer Services manager will act as your personal concierge from this moment on and discuss your detailed requirements (transfers, menus, ski hire etc). NB Airport transfers, childcare and ski lessons etc should be booked with as much advance notice as possible, particularly for holiday weeks, to ensure availability.
